History

The Post was chartered in 1946 by returning WW2 veterans. We have members who served in Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan. The only branch not currently represented is the Coast Guard.

We remain active in our community and surrounding areas. The Post Honor Guard currently has 14 members and provides Military Honors at funerals, both in Edgerton and Milton. We also participate in parades and community activities; Memorial Day, Veteran's Day, and festivals.

The Post raises money for student scholarships, Vet's Roll, Badger Honor Flight, and Wounded Warriors to name a few.

Our total membership is 104, and we are always recruiting new members. Meetings provide an opportunity for open discussion and new ideas. Everyone is encouraged to participate. Our goal is to help all veterans and we welcome all those who are eligible. If you're looking for an opportunity to meet fellow veterans, re-connect with those who share your experiences, and have fun; come and check us out.
